We are proud to use and stock products within the ranges of Environ Skincare, Jane Iredale Mineral Makeup, Pure Fiji, Li lash and Li brow, Tendskin, Kardashian Sun Kissed tanning products, Pure FX Aurora massage balms, Shellac Gel products, and Orly nail care.

1.   Cancellation / No Show Policy

When booking an appointment at Essentially Skin you agree and are bound by our booking policy. We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to change your appointment, however out of consideration to others, we do require at least 24 hours of notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. “No shows” and cancellations impact our business greatly and therefor if insufficient notice (less than 24 hrs) is given a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred and “no shows” will be charged at full price. The charge will be payable within 7 working days of your cancelled or missed appointment.

We do ask that you arrive at the salon at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure that your appointment runs for the full duration of the time allocated. If you are running late, we reserve the right to cut short your treatment time to ensure that our therapists are not late for their following appointments.

2.   Change of mind Policy

At Essentially Skin we do our best to accommodate any last-minute changes, however because of the high demand on our therapists we only provide a small window for genuine circumstances. On arrival of your appointment if you decide you only want part of your appointment made, our cancellation policy charge will apply.

3.   Customer Care

Your salon experience with Essentially Skin is of the utmost importance to us. Should you wish to discuss your experience, we welcome all feedback whether you wish to mention something you weren’t completely satisfied with or perhaps you would like to compliment a staff member with sharing your positive experience. 4.   Privacy

All staff at Essentially Skin recognise the importance of client confidentiality, therefore respect and value your personal and medical information privacy.

5.   Gift Vouchers

Essentially Skin is not responsible for replacing a voucher if it is lost or stolen. Please take care of your gift vouchers as if it were cash; it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date. Gift vouchers are not refundable and cannot be exchange for cash or placed onto a client account.
